I contacted Chris from the Angie's List page, and he responded by email quickly, maybe the next day. We scheduled everything by email, which is very convenient for me. He came over to look at my chimney cap, and also took a look at some roof ice melt cables that need to be either replaced or removed. He gave me some advice about the heat cables which resulted in our deciding not to have them removed at this time. He priced out a new chimney cap for us, then came and put it on and emailed us an invoice, which was exactly what he said it would be. I also asked him to look at a gutter that we're thinking of moving the downspout on, and he let us know that a gutter company would be able to do a nicer job than he could. All of which makes me trust him. I plan to use his services again.
